Leasing Information at the Northway Mall

Northway Mall Kiosk Rental Rates:

• $500 per month January - September (plus 10% natural break - needs temporary lease and insurance)
• $1,200 per month October - December with exceptions
• $600 with kiosk (wagon or free standing)
• $250 per week (January - September)
• $50.00 weekday (Monday - Friday)
• $75.00 per weekend day (Saturday & Sunday)

Exceptions to Kiosk rental rates:

• Christmas 4 th Quarter (October to December)
• $1,000.00 per month (plus 10% of gross sales over natural break) for all three months
• Christmas Season (Thanksgiving to New Years)
• $1,200.00 per season (plus 10% of gross sales over natural break)*

NOTE: You can reserve a space on a first come-first-serve basis with a signed contract and a $300 non-refundable deposit.
NOTE: Kiosk display is an additional $100 per month. Any vendor bringing in his or her own display must get approval in advance; otherwise, the vendor must rent our display. *This might increase to $1250 or $1300 by years end.

Once you have completed the Promotion Inquiry or Lease Inquiry form you may email, fax or drop off your form for approval at the Northway Mall Management Office.
